Donnie & Shannon Talent have a passion and desire to see God move in all generations. Pastor Donnie has an ability to bring God's word with humor, sincerity and passion. Shannon has a heart to see the gifts of God function among God's people and has a heart for prayer. With 4 wonderful daughters, they have truly been blessed. .

Gary Wolgamott and his wife Lovina have been apart of Victory Life for over 10 years. Ministering as the churches children church teachers for 5 years, they have now given their talents and abilities to the role of deacon in the church. Gary is a history teacher at Pittsburg High School and Lovina is a librarian at Westside Elementary school.

Deacon, Richard Garner and his wife Diane have been attending Victory Life Church since the spring of 1997. Both have a desire to see God move in this community and both are true blessing to Victory Life Church. Richard is a former locomotive engine mechanic and Diane is a certified R.N.

Marvin Robarts and his wife Jo, have been attending Victory Life Church since the fall of 1998. They began helping out in any needed area and in the fall of 2004 stepped into the role of deacon. Marvin is a small local business owner. Jo is currently employed by the Post Office.

Alan Hines and his wife Duwana, have been attending Victory Life Church since 1995. After serving in and then leading Victory Life's Children's Church for several years they stepped into the office of Deacon. Both have a well grounded approach and love for God's people. Both Alan and Duwana work for local company called Pitsco.
